Notice on Foreign Student Scholarship of Liaoning Provincial Government in 2021

According to the requirements of the notice of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education on the enrollment and management of Foreign Student Scholarship students of Liaoning Provincial Government in 2021, Liaoning University carries out the enrollment of Foreign Student Scholarship Students of Liaoning Provincial Government. Excellent international students who meet the enrollment requirements are welcomed to apply for Foreign Student Scholarship of Liaoning Provincial Government.

1. Admission requirements

(1) Enrollment category: Doctoral Students

(2) Admission requirements: international students who have obtained or will obtain a master's degree in June 2021 will be enrolled. Only new students will be recruited, and PhD candidates already at school will not be accepted.

2. Majors

See List of Majors of Liaoning University in 2021 (Appendix 1) for details of doctoral students' majors.

3. Application time

From April 13 to April 23, 2021. The admission result shall be notified before July 15, 2021.

4. Application materials (three copies)

(1) Application Form for Scholarship for Foreign Students of Liaoning Provincial Government of China (Appendix 2)

(2) Notarized highest education certificate

(3) Copy of study grades

(4) Original and copy of certificate of study or employment

(5) Study and research plan in China (about 1000 words)

(6) Letters of recommendation from 2 professors

If the above materials are not in Chinese or English, they should be translated into Chinese or English.

5. Application procedure

Applicants who meet the enrollment requirements should carefully prepare the application materials for three copies, and submit the paper version of the application materials to Institute of International Education of Liaoning University before April 23, 2021, and send the electronic version to the email studyinlnu@lnu.edu.cn .
