ZIBS and AIDF ink MOU on fintech

On Sept. 17, Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) and National University of Singapore Asian Institute of Digital Finance (AIDF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote collaboration in fintech research, education as well as incubation.

Witnessed by Prof. HE Lianzhen, ZJU's vice president, and Prof. Chen Tsuhan, NUS' deputy president, the signing ceremony took place virtually. Prof. BEN Shenglin, dean of ZIBS, and Prof. Jin-Chuan DUAN, executive director of AIDF, represented each party to sign the agreement.

Highlighting the close collaboration between ZJU and NUS, Prof. He expressed the hope for enhanced partnership in such new areas as finance and fintech based on mutual strengths. Prof. Chen hoped that both parties would explore new cooperation mechanism to jointly develop the projects with social impact.

Under the framework of the MoU, ZIBS and AIDF will collaborate to bring thought leadership to the fintech community and build fintech leadership pipeline in the region. Events will be organized to share knowledge and expertise, offering customized Fintech professional training program. Collaborative research will be promoted to find deep-tech solutions to real-world problems.
