Mongolian embroidery used to embellish clothes. The floral designs are derived from traditional Mongolian embroidery forms such as stitching, twining, sewing, and carving.

The embroideries on clothes, blankets and harnesses have strong aesthetic appeal, with their distinct designs and unique local color palette.

Under the guidance of instructors, the team has successfully organized training sessions and events to help women in farming and pastoral areas learn Mongolian embroidery.

Through unremitting efforts, the training sessions have now benefitted some 6,000 participants, and the team has been expanding.

The team is expected to establish cooperation with more than 10 practitioners of Mongolian embroidery in 2021, promote its operation model nationwide in 2023, and apply the model to other ethnic embroidery areas by 2025.
