Over 20 global institutions have signed a new consensus released on Dec 14 at a forum dedicated to discussing innovative developments in the hiring of global talents in Beijing.
The consensus aims to form a pipeline of global talents including outstanding scientists, entrepreneurs, investment and financing experts, humanities scholars, and social activists.
Another 30 organizations around the world said they are willing to join the global innovation service network.
About 140 global talents were invited to attend the online forum and witness the launch of the consensus.
The forum was organized by the Beijing Overseas Talents Center to gather global talents in Beijing and provide them with a service platform. The event has been organized for 10 times and attracted hundreds of talents from over 26 countries.
