On Dec 25, the traditional Chinese "Little New Year" festival, international students from different universities in Shenyang, Northeast China visited the local market to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year.
The festival which falls about a week before the lunar New Year, is also known as the Festival of the Kitchen God, the deity who oversees the moral character of each household.
