The Overseas Education College of Jiangsu University in Zhenjiang, East China's Jiangsu province invited a traffic policeman to give an online lecture on road safety laws and regulations to its international freshmen on Sept 14.
The lecture was live streamed so that students who had not arrived at the school could also learn about China's traffic rules.
According to Wang Bin, a teacher at the college, the university offers such classes every year to help international students better adapt to the new environment as most of them come to China for the first time and know little about local laws.
