The China Africa Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance published the list of Tanzania National Occupational Standards (2nd Batch) Review and Development Project on Oct 19.
Four of the projects mentioned are from the Jiangsu Food & Pharmaceutical Science College.
The four projects are related to the setting up of standards for technicians in the field of cooking, pharmaceutical preparations, food inspection and testing, and cross-boarder e-commerce in Tanzania.
This is the second time the college has made the list of Tanzania National Occupational Standards Review and Development Project. Participating into the project will help the college to improve its operations and expand its international influence.
The Tanzania National Occupational Standards Review and Development Project that was launched in June is the first instance of China setting up and reviewing occupational standards for an African country. The standards will help boost vocational education and industrial development in Tanzania.
