Nanjing Tech University in East China's Jiangsu province has in recent years advanced cultural and educational exchanges with foreign countries.

In terms of academic exchange, the university has launched research projects to explore education and technological development in countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.

To strengthen international education in predominant disciplines, the university has teamed up with local enterprises to establish practice bases for foreign students.

The university has also launched online courses, such as Chinese architecture, attracting over 600 foreign teachers and students.

The university's Sino-foreign education programs and overseas education have also seen rapid development.

Since 1998, the university has cultivated over 2,000 overseas students from regions and countries along the Belt and Road.

The university has also been making efforts to promote bilateral and multilateral international cooperation.

For example, the university has established two Confucius Institutes by teaming up with the University of Johannesburg in South Africa and University of Zaragoza in Spain.

The university has also cooperated with universities and research institutes in Southeast Asia and established the Belt and Road industrial Research Institute.
