Two graduates of Nanjing Audit University's international master's program in auditing, with Chinese names Han Dongyi and Tang Lin, recently completed their studies in July and are taking the opportunity to explore Jiangsu province before returning to their respective home countries.

"Jiangsu is vast and boasts extensive infrastructure, like subways and train stations. The natural landscapes here are really beautiful," said Han from Rwanda.

In 2021, Han and Tang applied for the auditing master program, a joint initiative by China's Ministry of Commerce and Nanjing Audit University. Prior to this, both were auditors in their respective national government agencies. Han believes that the auditing system is critical to a nation's governance and that most auditors would be eager to participate in any program that enhances their skills.

Their classmate, with a Chinese name Tang Sa, from Botswana, said, "I have learned a great deal from China's auditing system. It's highly digitized, advanced, and efficient."

In July of this year, Sinohydro Bureau 14 International Engineering Corporation successfully won the bid for an iron mine project in Liberia. Tang, who is from Liberia, expressed enthusiasm about contributing to auditing work related to the project.
