A group of international students from Donghua University in Shanghai recently had the opportunity to explore Alibaba's Binjiang Park in Xuhui district, gaining valuable insight into the workings of the e-commerce giant.
The students were able to delve into the development process and business model of Alibaba, gaining a deep appreciation for the company's innovative endeavors.
During their visit, the students explored various areas of the park, including the science park, corporate culture wall, and employee offices, offering them a comprehensive look into Alibaba's operations. They heard some intriguing anecdotes about the company's journey and developed a deep understanding of Alibaba's unique martial arts culture and ambitious 102-year vision (considering the company's founding in 1999, a 102-year period technically spans three centuries).
To enhance their learning experience, students participated in an on-the-spot training session conducted by Alibaba mentors. The session involved face-to-face interactions and communication that taught the students about cross-border e-commerce and new retail. They not only learned about the intricacies of enterprise operations but also broadened their horizons regarding future trends in the cross-border e-commerce industry.
