We need to continue opening our doors wide to boost technological innovation. Despite the complex and ever-changing international situation, internationalization remains crucial for advancing scientific innovation and talent cultivation. We must unwaveringly accelerate, expand, and deepen international cooperation — in talent development, this means both supporting our students to study abroad and attracting more global talents to China for education.
